In practice since 1978
Robert’s primary area of practice involves representation before the Internal Revenue Service. In particular, he has developed specific expertise in audit and collection matters including preparation of appellant protests, Offer in Compromises and lien discharges. Years of practice with the Internal Revenue Service have enabled Robert to become extremely familiar with the Internal Revenue Service’s policies and procedures, and his representations have often concluded with a favorable outcome.

Lake Sumter Community College, Valencia Community College, University of Central Florida and Rollins College. Accredited in Federal Taxation by the Accreditation Council for Accountancy, Accredited Tax Advisor by Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, Enrolled to Practice Before the Internal Revenue Service.
Has Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses. Also holds a Florida Real Estate Associates license as well as a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuities insurance license. Memberships

Any sport or activity that allows him to enjoy the outdoors, particularly flying his Piper Arrow, boating, fishing and other water related pastimes. He enjoys playing racquetball and tries not to miss too many of the Florida Gator and Orlando Magic games…..GO MAGIC.
Family
Robert and Joan have been married since 1976. They have a daughter, Megan, who works at the firm.
